If the text on the ticket is unreadable there are two possible problems:

  1. Your phone details may be incorrect. Go to Member Login > My Account and make sure the correct handset vendor and phone model are stored there.
  2. The memory on your phone may be close to full.  If you have lots of messages in your inbox, there may not be enough room for your ticket.  Try deleting a few messages.
Once you've checked these two items resend the ticket to yourself by going to Tickets Purchased and clicking on the Ticket Details link for your event. Remember, you can always get into an event by showing the box office the credit card you used to buy the ticket. If this does not solve the problem contact customer support.
