If you do not receive your ticket, log in to your Tixmob account and check your account details under “MyAccount.” Make sure all of your information here is stored correctly, especially your email address and mobile phone number and handset vendor. If this information is all correct, click on “Tickets Purchased” and then the “Ticket Details” link for your event. From this page, you can send yourself an e-ticket or a mobile ticket. |
