If you lose your phone and replace it before the event, you can re-send the ticket to yourself by following the directions for “What if I lose or delete my e-ticket or mobile ticket?” If you have changed your mobile number, log in to your Tixmob account and change your stored mobile number under the “MyAccount” link. Then follow the instructions under “What if I lose or delete my e-ticket or mobile ticket?” to send the ticket to your new number. If you do not have time to replace your phone before the event, we suggest using your e-ticket to enter the event. Use the instructions under “What if I lose or delete my e-ticket or mobile ticket?” to send the ticket to your email address. Alternatively, if your phone has been stolen and you are concerned that your ticket might be used, send an email immediately to our customer support team and they will deal with it. |
