What are Email Tickets
Email tickets are a form of Electronic Ticket (E-Ticket) where tickets are sent to your email inbox. You just need to print this ticket off and take it with you to the event.
What do Email Tickets look like?An email ticket will be sent to your inbox, and will look like the following:
The screeenshot above identifies the secure barcode and the pincode, both of which you should see in the email.
My Email Ticket does not display properly
1. Log into your tixmob account.
2. Select "Tickets Purchased" or "Tickets Received" from the menu.
3. Select "Ticket Details."
4. Select the "Print" option, and your ticket is displayed in a new window. You can now print it off.
Note: you can get into the event by using a printout showing just the pin-number - however your entry may be delayed a little and you are encouraged to print off the barcode.
