Our aim at Tixmob.com is to make your event purchasing experience the best possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on tixmob.com. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference.
Tixmob.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, bands and venues which means Tixmob.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, and theatres prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tixmob.com does however endeavor to assist with any lost or deleted tickets, but cannot guarantee replacement.
Tixmob.com aims to deliver the purchased ticket(s) to your phone within four hours of allocation. If you have a confirmation pin number for your order, your tickets are likely to be on their way. If you have not received your tickets within four hours of ordering, please login and check your status page. Tixmob.com only sends tickets to the phone numbers entered by the purchaser. It is the purchasers' responsibility to make sure the correct phone numbers and phone types are entered at, and after the time of purchase
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund or rescheduled date from the responsible party. Contact us for exact instructions. Tixmob.com will attempt to contact you via SMS and email in the event of a cancellation, or re-schedule, it is ultimately the purchasers' responsibility to contact Tixmob.com at least 24 hours prior to the purchased events scheduled date concerning their options in such cases. Tixmob.com will refund the face value of tickets purchased through tixmob.com only of events that have been canceled and confirmed as canceled by tixmob.com
- Tixmob.com hold the right to cancel tickets allocated to any individual(s) if the individuals purchasing method is flagged as fraudulent and or incomplete in anyway at any time after the initial transaction. Tixmob.com will endeavor to inform the purchaser promptly in such cases.
- It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors' to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
- This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Event Partner. Full details are available from the event promoter or venue, violation of any of these Rules and Regulations and the venue or Event Partner reserve the right to remove you from the venue.
- Tickets are sold subject to the venue or Event Partner's right to alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- Neither the venue, the Event Partner, nor Tixmob.com shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.
- We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events; a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice if purchased in excess of this number.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue or Event Partner. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
- All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
