Preparing for your event!

Bought a ticket from Tixmob? To make sure there's no confusion on what to do once you get to your event, take a look below for some key information on what you should bring and how you should prepare.

 
Make sure to bring one of the two forms of your ticket, either the email ticket printed out, or your mobile ticket. Both of these should have a bar code like the one below and a pin number. 

Make sure the bar code on either ticket is visible to ensure a quick entry! The pin number on the ticket can also be used, however this will slow the process down. These  vary in size but the smallest bar code is about 1cm x 1cm.

If required by your event , bring a copy of any of the following forms of ID.
-Passport                      -Utility Bill
-Driver's License             -Bank Statement
-Birth Certificate        
-Marriage Certificate   

At the gates, get your ticket scanned, show your ID if necessary, and enjoy the festival!
