Terms and Conditions of Sellindge Music Festival
1. This event will continue regardless of weather except in extreme circumstances.
2. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser and as long as the full ticket is returned within 28 days of the concert date.
3. No alcohol can be taken into the festival arena, although will be allowed into the campsite.
4. No person considered drunk will be allowed access to the music arena.
5. No glass bottles can be brought into the festival music arena.
6. Sellindge Music Festival and its security personnel may conduct security searches of people attending the event either within the festival site or at the entrance to ensure safety of persons at the event.
7. No children under 16 will be allowed access unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Sellindge Music Festival reserves the right to refuse entry without valid proof of age and ID (driving license, passport etc). Underage drinking will not be tolerated.
8. Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. Sellindge Music Festival will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, howsoever caused, except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by negligence of the festival, its employees or agents. Sellindge Music Festival accepts liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence but not otherwise.
9. Sellindge Music Festival is a peaceful event that aims for a good atmosphere and therefore will not tolerate any antisocial behaviour, including violence, use, and possession or selling of illegal substances or any other illegal activity.
10. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the festival site for any reasonable cause including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Sellindge Music Festival or its representatives staffing the event.
11. Ticket holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of the festival as members of the audience.
12. WARNING: It is possible that exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing. Please be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the event.
13. Wear appropriate clothing, take care of yourself and your friends (and other people too) and above all enjoy yourself!
