Gigbeth, Birmingham’s biggest celebration of music, returns to Digbeth this November. Boasting a 2008 line up of A-list artists from a wide range of musical genres including Guillemots, SUGARHILL GANG, Stanton Warriors, D:Ream, Miles and Erica Hunt (Wonderstuff) Oliver $, The Institubes, Miss Moneypennies, Subfocus, Pete Jordan, Joetbot, Anathema, The Hair, Miccoli, DR. MEAKER, DJ SWITCH, DJ Micronormous (Matt Eaton) and more to come....

Gigbeth 2008 music festival will take place from 7th- 8th November throughout Digbeth in Birmingham. Gigbeth 2008 has something for all music loving members of the public, with top draw artists from many genres and a line up that will see established favourites join the newest rising stars of today’s music industry.

With performances in over 10 venues throughout the entire weekend, Gigbeth 2008 is Birmingham’s biggest ever music festival.

Tickets are priced at £15 for Friday, £18 for Saturday, or £25 for the entire weekend, but you can buy weekend early bird tickets for £20 until 10 October 2008, or until the early bird tickets sell out.

Previous Gigbeth festivals have seen artists such as Dirty Pretty Things, The Raconteurs, Nizlopi and Boy Kill Boy take centre stage, supported by many acts, including The Twang, Scott Matthews and Envy & Other Sins, who have now become headliners themselves.

Does my wristband guarantee entry into all Gigbeth events?
All the Gigbeth events are subject to capacity, so if there is a gig you really want to see – get there early! See the full terms and conditions for more information.

Can I buy a children’s ticket?
Gigbeth does not sell children’s tickets. Any adult who buys a ticket will be permitted to bring their children (under 14) to suitable gigs. Gigs during the day will be suitable for all ages, with parental guidance. However, some venues do have a strict over 18 policy. More information can be found on the website when the programme is announced.

Over-18 visitors should bring sufficient identification upon wristband exchange to gain an ‘Over 18’ stamp. No ID, No Stamp. This stamp will be essential to purchase alcohol in any of the Gigbeth venues

Admission into all Gigbeth events is subject to the capacity of each venue. We reserve the right to deny access to any Gigbeth events if the venue has reached its maximum capacity regardless of the type of ticket that you hold. Please note that Delegate pass holders will have priority to enter any events should any ticket holders exit the venue. Gigbeth and the Venue Management accept no responsibility for any personal property.
